Maryland DUI Mitigation is your Bullet Proof Vest
Maryland DUI mitigation is your bullet proof vest against an unfavorable result.
Your Maryland DUI attorney needs to walk into court guns blazing ready to try your case. And, your attorney needs to make sure you, the client, are wearing a bulletproof vest.
Here’s how I used my client’s bulletproof vest to get them a great deal:
I represented two clients in for Maryland DUI/DWIs.
The first client was pulled over for speeding and erratic driving on I-695. The client admitted drinking to the police, failed the standard field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.07.
I successfully argued for unsupervised probation. My client was ecstatic!
How did I do it? I pointed out that the client was not a resident of Maryland and supervising him would be difficult. The judge agreed.
The second client had a much uglier case. The client lost control of his car and totaled it. He admitted drinking to the police, failed the standard field sobriety tests and refused the breathalyzer.
I successfully argued for six (6) months of supervised probation. My client was thrilled!
How did I do it? I argued that the client had the interlock on his car for six (6) months and that should count towards his probation. The judge agreed.
Wearing a bulletproof vest and having an attorney who knows how to use it can protect you from undesirable outcomes in court.
