Arrested for Baltimore County Third DUI No Jail Time?

Third DUI no jail time.  It is possible.

Recently, the Baltimore County DUI Attorney Ross W. Albers represented a client for his third Maryland DUI.  The client had two prior driving under the influence convictions.

The Baltimore County Assistant State’s Attorney was recommending significant jail time for my client because it was his third DWI.

However, I knew that if my client plead guilty and we postponed sentencing, then he could complete his DUI alcohol treatment.  This judge is big on alcohol treatment!

Two months later at sentencing, my client received no jail time for his third DUI!
